Hello to everyone at Swann’s auto service. I want to take a few moments and express my heart felt thank you to you all. I am disabled, and it is very difficult for me to meet the prices of todays market for anything. Not to mention the automated services on phones, and the severe lack of customer care in our world today. I was brought up in a different world than the one we see now. I pray the God blesses all of you for you kindness to me. I was in your shop a couple years ago, with a tire needing out on a rim for my riding mower. There was a young lady who helped me. Extremely friendly, helpful,& patient. The put the tire on for me and she refused any payment from me for the service. WOW…I mean I was absolutely blown away at this. Well today I had two tires that need work, my need were taken care of in a quick, friendly and honest manner. I was also very taken back at the cost. After looking around for quite some time at different possibilities. The cost for tires, the cost for rims, the cost for labor I found online absolutely made me sick. But you all were extremely friendly, helpful, and the price was awesome. Thank you for setting a wonderful example of what customer care is all about, God bless you all.

Hands down the most accommodating tire shop I have ever been too. Monday morning, inside dually flat with suspected valve stem issue. Walked in when they opened and was on the road with flat fixed, all pressures checked and new valve stem caps all the way around before an hour had passed. Incredible service and super friendly folks.

I have to say Swann's is a fantastic place!!! I was in a jam yesterday and needed work done a tire. Figured I'd have buy a new tire and rim. But they fixed the rim and tire and got me on the road right away. I made it to Beckley and back home to Canton, Ohio without a problem. It doesn't even shake. If I lived close enough, you would have ALL of my business.

We were traveling through when our car dash indicated our tire pressure was low. The friendly gentleman at Swanns took us in immediately, put air in our tires and didn't carge us anything. On our way in 15 minutes.
